Zofia Obstarczyk - a cultural animator and coordinator associated with Bielsko-Biała.
She works in the Department of Culture and Promotion at the Bielsko-Biała City Hall, where she not only co-creates projects that bring local culture to life, but also contributes to building the city’s strong brand on the national and international stage.
After an intensive period of co-developing the city’s bid for the title of European Capital of Culture 2029, she now dedicates her energy to implementing the programme of the first Polish Capital of Culture 2026. She speaks about the region’s rich artistic life with both professional insight and genuine enthusiasm — also in radio programmes and written pieces devoted to the city’s cultural scene.
Dorota Przewoźnik-Jasiura - a native of Bielsko-Biała, she holds a university degree in International Relations with a specialisation in Global Economy and International Business.
Since 2012, she has been working at the Bielsko-Biała City Hall and is currently part of the Department of Strategy and Economic Development.
In her professional work, she is involved in developing the city’s strategic documents, promoting the city’s economic potential, and implementing national and international projects focused on sustainable development and the revitalisation of urban areas.

Edyta Ruta – She works at the Institute of Urban Culture – City of Weaves in Bielsko-Biała, where she is responsible for the Culture and Health programme as well as international cooperation. She is also a co-author of Bielsko-Biała’s application for the title of European Capital of Culture 2029.
In her daily work, she combines organisational expertise with the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and mediate across sectors, supporting collaboration at the intersection of culture and health.
She studied at the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Polish Studies) and the University of Silesia, where she completed programmes in management and managerial skills.
